The 3rd Annual Car Show & Gumbo Cookoff

10 am - 3 pm.

Hosted by Forgotten Coast Cruisers

This will be our 3rd Annual Car Show and Gumbo Cookoff for the Franklin Fire Victim Relief Fund hosted by Richard Wade and Jimmy Sapp. However this year is unlike no other for the residents of Franklin County. On June 24, 2018 a controlled burn caused massive damage to the Eastpoint Community destroying close to 40 homes and surrounding woods. Not only were their homes destoyed vehicles, pets, sheds and boats that they make their living with were destroyed. Many familes lost everything and narrowly escaped with just the clothes on their back. This year our Car Show and Gumbo Cook is now more important than ever. Registeration is free however a donation to enter a car would be a great blessing. 100% of all proceeds go directly to the Victim Relief Fund. Cars are voted by the spectators with a donation of $1.00 per vote however a person can place as much as they want to in the bucket placed in front of your entry vehicle. The vehicle that has the most votes/money donated will win The Best of Show Award. Forgotten Coast Cruisers President Jim Ward will donate another five trophies to the show for the remaining cars that have the most money donated. We will also run a 50/50 drawing and those proceeds will also go to the fund as well. If you like to donate any car raffle items for the show please contact us via facebook. Let's make this the biggest and best show ever for the residents of Eastpoint/Franklin County.
