RiverTrek 2017

RiverTrek  is an annual fundraiser and awareness campaign supporting

the continued work of Apalachicola Riverkeeper.

Together, we can protect Apalachicola River & Bay

Five days in October, 106 miles, wonderful people, great fun.  And you're helping preserve and protect the amazing Apalachicola River and Bay.  If you're a highly motivated fundraiser with strong spirit of adventure and some kayaking/camping experience, apply to join RiverTrek '17.  And hurry, the team will be selected by mid-April.

WFSU-TV produced a documentary series on Apalachicola Riverkeeper’s (2012 and 2013) RiverTrek. These videos highlight the issues the Riverkeeper is working on to address and resolve. To learn more about RiverTrek and the Apalachicola River, see RiverTrek 2012 and RiverTrek2013 on YouTube.
