29th Annual Carrabelle Riverfront Festival

The day begins at 8:00 a.m. with a 5K Run/Walk followed by downtown activities which include food, art and craft vendors, live entertainment, fun for the children and an evening street dance. Festival admission is FREE and open to the public.

The 5K “To Hell and Back Run/Walk” will take place along River Road to Mill Road and to the edge of Tate’s Hell State Forest. Click on this link for registration information:

At 10:00 a.m. food, art and craft vendors along with information booths will open and visitors can enjoy live entertainment on the Marine Street stage. At 2:00 p.m., the 13th Annual Fishy Fashion Show will be making a splash. Runway models show off astonishing, nautical-themed outfits made from found and recycled materials like sea nets, old beach umbrellas, oyster sacks, sails, sponges, and washed up debris.

The Carrabelle Community invites you to visit on April 27th, enjoy the festival, dine in local restaurants, and shop for unique items with the festival vendors and local merchants.  Explore our museums and galleries, view the working shrimp boats, and experience the day along the beautiful Carrabelle riverfront.

 Notice of road closures for the Festival:

Saturday, April 27th, 2019-7 am Marine Street & Ave. B & C will be closed to through traffic for festival set up. Marine Street will be closed from Hwy 98 to Ave C. Patrons of Harry’s Bar, Just Right Marine, and boaters wishing to use the Marine Street boat ramp will be able to access Marine St. by 3rd St. E (George Sands Park across from Dollar Store) via Avenues E, F or Gulf Avenue.  Public parking is recommended at First Baptist Church (corner of Hwy 98 & NE 1st Street), Marine Street south of Avenue C or George Sands Park.  Streets will be re-opened Sunday morning after festival breakdown & cleanup or sooner if possible.
