The City of Carrabelle Administrative Staff return to their offices at City Hall and the lobby only re-opens to the public Monday, May 18th. Administrative offices remain closed to the public for non-essential meetings. For water & sewer payment options, everyone is encouraged to continue using the drop-box in front of City Hall, automatic withdrawal, online payment, or mail via U.S. Postal Service. City parks are open for running/walking & playing tennis/basketball. City playgrounds and public restrooms remain closed until further notice.

You can  pay your Water/Sewer bills through our website at The pay now feature is located under "Quick Links". Please note you will need your account number. You may also use this feature to pay for building permits.

Franklin County Tax Collectors Office:  We are pleased to announce that our offices in Apalachicola and Carrabelle will be reopening today Monday, May 18th. Hours will be 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.

Please be patient and bear with us as we reopen with changed procedures. ALL CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK.

Driver's License and Concealed Weapon's License transactions will be by appointment ONLY. Apalachicola office will be limited to 4 customers in the office at a time. Carrabelle office will be limited to 2 customers inside the office at a time.

Any individuals needing a driving test or concealed weapon application will be required to wear gloves as well. Please call ahead for appointment.

Voter Registration

All Franklin County residents may register to vote with the Supervisor of Elections.  Mail-in Florida Voter Registration Application Forms are available. There is no residency waiting period.
