Update May 8th:  The Franklin County Board of Commissioners & City of Carrabelle agreed to remove its ban on out-of-county visitors from local boat ramps.  Please continue to follow social distancing rules. Commissioners did point out that things could change if we see a local spike in COVID-19 cases and they will discuss the issue again at their next meeting on May the 19th.
